Dining with Alice - Concept and Direction
Commissioned by the Salisbury Festival in 1999 for the Larmer Tree Victorian Pleasure Garden and recreated at Elsing Hall for the 2011 Norwich and Norfolk Festival, produced by Artichoke. The audience of two hundred and fifty six, each with their own personal waiter, enjoy a five course al fresco dinner hosted by characters from Alice in Wonderland. Each course is taken at a different location ending with coffee and jelly and a concert performed by their hosts and a choir of singing waiters.
